Amazon.fr Refund limit?

im about to buy some stuff from Amazon.fr with a ecoin card hopefully that works

but have some remaining questions and that are

1. What is the limit on Amazon.fr (fresh account no refunds ever done)
2. is Double dip possible? So yes whats the limit

The maximum I can do for www.amazon.fr is €500 ! I think Double Dips is possible.
