you can set hotkey or edit it , just right click on the feature you want to set hotkey or edit and select set hotkeys .
and donot forget to save it

Just Hold Right Click + Ctrl+H > Then you can create new hotkeys / Edit It .

If I'm not mistaken, you just need to untick the boxes and that's it.
