little issue here
Okay this program worked just fine when i first used it but last week it randomly decided to not work, then i uninstalled and so when i tried reinstalling it popped up with this, which is weird cus it never asked me this before.

YES!, this is an error if you do not have VB 2010 installed. only VB 2010 comes with it right now. It is pre-installed, and you may find it at Tools => Dotfuscator Software Services.

its cause u downloaded the wrong program -_- not because "it doesnt work with vb 08

try removing everything and download it step by step
