Cheat engine codes

Hi
I've been using Cheat Engine to get levels, properks and so on, but now the codes have been patched. I don't want to use other cheats (don't want to get VAC banned). If anybody got the codes or know how to convert the old ones, please answer. The most needed is:
XP (Think I can find this out myself, but sure..)
Perks
Weapons (Marksman and expert)

VAC isn't turned on until you join a lobby.

VAC loads with the game actully if you look in your temp folder the .tmp file vac uses is in there people assume its not turned on untill you join a game but who knows?
VAC is there as soon as you load a game if you like it or not.
if its scanning im not sure but i would assume so.

Well. I doubt it. We have been rank hacking outside the lobby for months now. No one is banned unless they went from level 0 to level 70 in 2 secs. Steam actually checks your time + rank.

really? i went from rank 70 to 10th prestige lv 70 2 months ago and im still unbanned
