I probably think this would not be possible but any suggestions or help will be great.

Will it be possible or shall I just try buy the parts and refund. I heard UK people get investigated if the price range is over £400.

You need to add contact information to your thread.
In reply to your question refund is still viable. If you're in Europe you can still do .CO.UK as long as the order total is below 500 Pounds. And often times, afaik most (or some) items from .COM domain ship to certain places in Europe so you could always try that.
