What the guy said above, use your own private and try to keep it updated.
Now it doesn't mean you're 100% protected from a VAC BAN but the chances of it are much lower than a public hack.
Also doesn't mean you're able to not get overwatch ban, you go full blatant and decide to be an idiot looking through walls, you're going to get overwatch ban.

With updates, you need to make sure all your offsets are the same as the CSGO ones. Means, you'll need to spend quite some time on your hack every update to make sure it doesn't get you an Untrusted ban
Pretty much what everyone said above. Make it entirely from scratch make sure no one else has it, and don't make it obvious that you're hacking so you can avoid an overwatch ban. Follow all those steps and your chances of getting a VAC are extremely low.
