First sorry if i broken any rule for posting in this forum. apologize


refund my order placed on uk amazon . 2 honor 5x phones. I have sent another person to receive that parcel he successfully received that parcel . After that I've emailed amazon cc that I haven't received that product. But they are asking for Police report. Order amount 400 GBP. Is that possible to refund? I will pay 30 percent amount if anyone refund it from amazon.
