UCE and Vista

Can someone explain to me why I can´t select the correct settings for my UCE on Vista? The options are grey and i can´t select them. I want to use what writes to this adress but without correct settings I won´t be able to. Can someone help me?

Well dude i use vista as well but i also have 2 hard drives and any cheat engine that i've seen doesn't work on vista i no there is one out there but haven't really looked to hard because its easy to just switch hard drives over.

I got my UCE working. I can search for normal addresses but i can't use what writes to this adress.
