If you keep having this error, simply do the following:
Open up 'documents' folder
Copy Arma 3 and paste it in the same folder.
Now rename the pasted ArmA 3 to Arma 3 - Other profiles
It should look like this:
Reload arma 3 launcher and it should be working fine for you.
