.fr is dead man, I doubt you will be able to get a refund without police report/investigation...
there's a french refunder who got me 500+ on fresh fr acc but it took him like two weeks and my order wasn't failed yet. so i'm not sure if he will be willing/able to do yours but try reaching out to him. his nickname is dido
