If i gift CS:GO to my smurf and get vacced on the smurf. Will it infect my main?

Nope (if you have smurf linked with the same phone number then you can get vac) , but you won't be able to gift it again.
You won't get banned on your main unless there linked via phone number or you directly injected on your main.
