Question is: Can my pc run games like overwatch, gta 5, the witcher 3 and many other games.. ?

Yeah, what he said man you have a very low spec machine sadly...you will probably want to upgrade before spending money on those games :l

Unfortunately the computer will only be able to run on low, probably with low fps still. I'd invest in a new PC if I were you, you can get a nice computer built for around ~$700, which can run these games easily.
