How can i sign a driver ... with visual studio .

Operating System : windows 10 x64

You can sign with a test certificate which Visual Studio can generate for you. But for the signed driver to actually be accepted on the machine, it needs to be signed by a root CA. You can turn test signing on though. Drivers should only ever be tested on remote or virtual machines. Never on your host machine.
