Amazon Refund

Hello, just recently I had an Amazon item refunded valued at $720 and totaled to approximately $1,000. After the refunder was finished, I received this order. He said that an operational manager will be providing me the refund. Note that I already had to pay for his service in advance through BTC.

My question is, what is the likelihood of failing this refund?
