I have been refunding for a long while now and have done over 50 refunds (with some proof at the bottom of the thread) and I can happily say that I have never failed a single refund! Our team usually has at least one member online which you can contact for all of your refunding needs. We can refund any transaction from G2APAY or from the G2A marketplace as long as the order was fulfilled by PayPal. Please read on for further information.
How does it work?
#1 - You add any of our team members on Skype.
#2 - You ask us any questions about the refund.
#3 - We negotiate a price that we both think is reasonable for the refund.
#4 - You send us a payment.
#5 - We complete the refund!

Our G2A refunding service provids very low and affordable prices. These prices are also negotiable in the case that you do not have enough money or feel like paying a tad bit less.
Refund over $5 - 30%
Refund over $25 - 25%
Refund over $50 - 20%
Refund over $100 - 15%
Gift Cards (Amazon Gift Cards, BattleNet Gift Cards) - Extra 5%
In-game Items (CS:GO skins, Smite Gems) - Extra 10%
XBOX Live Gold / PS+ - Extra 5%
Terms of Service
- You will not chargeback via PayPal. We will open a scam report.
- You will always pay first
- You will only receive a refund if you do not receive your refund from G2A.
- The 100% success rate is a statistic, not a guarantee. We have never failed a refund.
- Minimum order we will refund is $5
- You must have payed for the product via PayPal
