Got EAC Ban

what idiotic question. there will be similar to VAC ban on your "Steam Profile", which is permanent. and banned message when you try to open the game

It's not really an idiotic question, people who have never been VAC banned before don't know how it works...

Specifically if a message pops up saying that u got banned, a notification, an email, or if u have to check on your own...

i should have been more specific, i meant does it tell you ingame such as when you try to join a lobby or when you first launch your game ect. i know it shows a game ban on your profile however its something i never check so i was unsure if there was a message in the game itself. now do you feel better about yourself you little prick?

it shows u in game as well, "Cheater has been detected", and you'll get kicked out of lobby unable to join them

Nope guys, not since the last patch

I had this message since 3 month now, cheater detected everytime I tried to join a lobby as survivor but since the last patch, the message has dissapeared.

they fixed the error .. if you take a look at the change notes. And tomorrow halloween dlc :^)

They just said that : Adjusted “Cheater Detected” error message to reflect the proper error and error code (will facilitate support for these issues)

I can still be happy because I thought that I would have this message again but in another form.
