[Info] Quick modding question

If i mod a weapon anything, say m16a3 to mp7, i see and use the weapon as mp7 but will other people see me using m16 or mp7? if they do see mp7 they can tell that its mod n i can be easily reported, simple screenshot of weapon in hand n weapon registed on kill on top left?
or do they see m16 as the mod only affects my game n not theirs?

You will see it as an mp7 but they will see it as an m16 because all ur doing is changing ur files not theirs
