Will hacking in casual get me a untrusted ban or overwatch? I know I can get a VAC if the hack is detected.

You can only get untrusted from using certain AA's and using teleport hacks, for overwatch, correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think there's overwatch in Casual

No the reports will add up and your next comp game with be an Overwatch case. So if you're going to hack in casual make sure the code isn't detected and play legit during your comp games.

If i get a untrusted ban on one account and make a new one, will it effect it?

Nope, bans don't transfer between separate accounts. Just make sure they aren't linked by phone number.
