Process = DPEU (depayou................) (>.>)
Download (Completed)
Prepare (removing the .new extension from config.php.new)
(Be sure to put your Do-Not-Upload file somewhere safe , and don't upload)
Edit: the Config file to allow (match) Database (MySql) on the Web Host (or server)
Upload (Use programs like CoreFtp to create a FTP connection and upload your files
