Microsoft Store Refunding

Looking to buy forza horizon 3 on microsoft store with paypal, is there any method to refund it or is microsoft hard to refund.

I've purchased it 15€ cheaper from a site called Game.co.uk, I'ma try to get it refunded from there :P

you can refund but chances are they'll deactivate the game and give you your money back, did it with titanfall

Should have used kinguin or g2a... lot of refunders and methods.
