when i turn on my wh ,valve after 10 min show me error "An issue with your computer is blocking the VAC system. You cannot play on secure servers."

Make sure you've closed all applications before launching CS:GO You can also try adding CS:GO to your anti-virus exceptional list, and you might also need to try disabling your firewall.
