Paypal Problem. (sending)

I can send to several people, but can't send to several peope when I try to send.
My paypal account is 100% verified..

Dont know whats up with paypal, but from experience you usually have to wait a day or two. If you constantly trying to send with the same error, paypal will only block you from doing so. You can also try sending from paypal mobile app.

Also sometime using different ip can be the problem.

It does look like an IP issue, I would suggest leaving it for a while and try again or they may limit your account and ask you to update your personal details.

Try this after some hours with diff amount

I have this with my paypal also, i'm unable to send or receive funds.

Low $$$ amounts are fine but at this point i'm giving up, what could I do to my IP to fix it?
