Try unauthorized payment and just complain but not really sure it will work since I never tried it myself but worth a shot

if you made the payment from cc , youre covered .. just tell that is a unautorized transaction ....
but if you make it from pp balance, your money are gone my friend , sorry for your lose

That's why whenever you send payments do it from a VPN (different IP) so you have more proof on an unauth transaction. Unless they check like the PC it's sent from, haven't lost a dispute yet so ye

You can call the bank account and complain about this payment, most of the banks will recover back money
