Being Hacked

Hi, so a few days ago I have gotten hacked by this IP address: 47.16.138.128. I have changed all of my account information and enabled mobile authentication on every single account I have ever made on any site and on emails alike. I have clean and formatted my computer and went out of my way to download an antivirus program (avast) coupled with malwarebytes. After the scans were complete there was no reports of anything malicious on my computer but somehow the hacker is still managing to get my up to date passwords on my email. How is this possible when I have formatted my entire computer + downloaded the recommended antiviruses? Not only has he hacked my emails, but my skype, and other accounts from other websites as well.

Just two hours ago I was infiltrated by this person and I have no idea how is he doing it. Any guidance is greatly appreciated

Try changing it again but this time don't use the computer for a bit and see if he is still able to get in.

You probably have a virus on your pc. suggest cleaning it.

You guys dont understand, I wiped my entire computer and reset the computer to factory settings and installed the antiviruses right after but to no avail

I would just back up anything important you need on to a flashdrive and re-install windows again and change your ip. And just wipe out your drive and back up anything you may need or is important.

We can make assumptions but we cannot tell you with a guarantee what it is because we are not using your PC. It could be variety of things. Best thing you can do is just clean slate it or try to change pc for ultimate safety.

I remember factory resetting because I had this bug that lasted a week. The bug was the: How do you want to open this file? kept popping up over and over non stop. I factory reset in 8.1 then that didn't work and then I upgraded to windows 10. It fixed itself for a couple of days then I got it again. I kept on fighting it by shutting down.. CCleaner and doing anything I could.

That's mah little story..

You need to explain the situation more clearly. It's confusing.

There's no way to get past 2FA unless you're doing something terribly wrong.

I got hacked first, recovered all accounts and enabled 2FA. Formatted PC and everything. They are still getting into my account but not through 2FA.

Same thing is happening to me, they aren't getting in to my account though, it's from China and Ukraine..

If you have gmail or something they can set it up so that they can login to your account with some application specific passwords.

From there its easy as resetting your website/application passwords and deleting the emails.

Thing is, they're not only hacking my gmails but also my hotmails and other sites

guess just gotta break your computer!

Maybe a botnet, rat or keylogger would not be surprised that it was a silent download from a website popup
