From experience, no. I have done 4 to my personal (2 to keep, and 2 to sell). It has been a while and I never got a bill from them, so you should be fine

Right after the vouches come in, i'm going to buy a headphone!
my current razer ones suck so much, they stop working every few minutes, then i have to replug it, and it doesn't always fix the issue.
