Change gender

Hi, is there any working method to change gender to character ?
or only switch the places my characters look ( I mean the secound character - female - change for my main male character but do not replace it with goods/ cars etc.from another)

Gender of an existing character can't be changed. You can delete one of your character and make it the way you want, you will keep the money that it's in the bank but you will lose properties, level, vehicles...
