Bitcoin!

Whats up everyone. I am completely new to the Bitcoin world & was wondering what is the easiest & safest way to purchase bitcoins. I know of apps like Circle but havent wandered to deep into the Bitcoin world. Any & all advice would be appreciated.

Thanks I had an wallet app that says bitcoin obviously haven't used it yet but will definitely look into coinbase
