If you want to uninstall that you have to select your League of Legends.exe and click Restore Backup

There is ALWAYS a chance to get banned, but be serious.
LoL's anticheat isn't good. I've never got banned and haven't got any bann reports.

i thought pattern scan would be something OP xD but what you said threw me off

Also like rusty said above can you get banned?

I dezactivated my antivirus, firewall and when i doble click it, show me this:

" Windows cannot acces the specified device, patch or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to acces the item."

After disabling antivirus try redownloading this.
