PATCH NOTES, ATTACK ON HALLOWEEN STARTS 10/20

"LIVE DATE: OCTOBER 20, 2016

During server maintenance on Thursday, October 20 at 7 a.m. PDT, En Masse will deploy the Attack on Halloween update for AVA. Expected downtime is two hours.
