WTBAmazon Refund on ps4 pro

Hello i have an amazon account and i did a refund about a year ago. Also it has some purchases since then. I want to know if i preorder the ps4 pro if i can double dip it or should i wait a couple of days after the release date. Or can i just do a refund?
