GameServer ip?

When i connect to a league game and look at my processes i can see an IP that isnt mine

The ip is: 162.249.76.67
And when you lookup the IP it says:

State: California
City Location: Los Angeles
Postal: 90025
Area: 310
Metro: 803
ISP: Riot Games
Organization: Riot Games
AS Number: AS6507 Riot Games, Inc

Does that mean that its the gameserver IP? because everytime i connect to a different game its a different IP now if it is the gameserver IP would i be able to ddos it? i've tried hitting it with 30gbps NTP and nothing happened so i'm guessing that they have atleast some protection

It was in the correct section since i pretty much know that its a server IP i'm just trying to make sure

Lol has very big servers, a ddos is kinda impossible.

It's not impossible at all. The NA servers were moved to Chicago though. I don't know what the servers in LA still run.
