URGENT QUESTION ABOUT AMAZON REFUND/DOUBLE DIP

I'm currently building a new gaming rig and i'm buying all parts except 4 legit.
All parts are under $500 including 2 GTX 1070s
I currently have an account almost a year old with 5+ orders.
I have two different addresses to use also.
How should I go about doing this?
I was thinking of doing double dip for the GTX 1070 since I need two.
And would I be safe doing two refunds on a fresh account mixed with legit orders?
What is the maximum refunds I should do per address?
And can anyone recommend me the best and most reliable refunder for what I need?

Wouldn't it be better to get 1x 1080 instead of 2x 1070's? SLI only improves your performance by 50%, so you might as well spend a few extra bucks and refund a 1080

I thought about this, but I was thinking a 1080 would be too much to refund? Guess it's fine?

If you clear everything, but I find this quite irritating when I have to remember what my cached passwords used to be
, or if in some cases (mostly steam and paypal/coinbase), make we go through a verification process.

Sorry, I forgot to reiterate that they do log your ip (or multiple) for accounts. So they can identify you if you use a different account, but don't change ip/cookies.
