Decompiling A Cheat
Found out a P2C I have been using has a rootkit. I'm pissed so I wanna decompile it and send it to Valve. The problem is I don't know how to. The only thing I know is that its encoded in UTF-8.
Examples of what I see: 98 BE 0F 00 DC 46 10 00 A0 BE 0F 00 CC BE 0F .....F..........
Any help?
Been over a week since last update/bump after no answers, assuming unresolved.
