As Arioch said the user is already being dealt with, so stay or don't stay it's up to you.

Staff disputes section exists for a reason.

Don't have to leave for something like that. Stay with us bud! You'll be fine.

I would say open another scam report, go through yours again. If you feel as a staff member was abusing their power in any way open a dispute.
