If you need advice/help please take your time writing here, i will try to guide you. I will not know everything, i have experienced most error.

Hardware ban?
I changed MAC, Volume id, uninstalled ava and the launcher with iobit, deleted prefetch, changed ip.
The only thing i can think of is the MAC on the router, or Windows.
Any help?
I get User identification failed.
