Arma 3 Locked PBO

I am currently trying to unlock a mission pbo so i can edit it and mess around on it but its locked and pbo manager gets an error. If someone can open and post it for me that would be greatly appreciated and also if you can tell me how I can decrypt it myself that would also be awesome if not just opening it up will be cool thank you.

you can read all infos about "LockedPBO´s" in Forum or you ask Dr.Google

yes i've already searched all around google this was my last resort aka i gave up on trying that's why i asked for someone else to do it.

Awesome thank you man how do you do that? I'm curious because that mission just got updated literally like an hour ago and i want the newer version but i also dont want to spam Posts on here asking for people to unlock it???
