It's the same as any other cheat. If you want to be safe try not to use it for longer then 2 days after release.

You have to use -insecure in your launch options to disable vac.

It's -insecure.

I start the game, then tab out to run the hack. I tab back in and start a quick match. Everything is fine for 2 seconds then my client CSGO client crashes.
