I'm gold4 and i want derank myself for copper. I'm single, so i cant rush with team.
Someone have a good tactics or idea for this? (without ban penalty)

I guess you could troll people, and don't put up a fight. It would be somewhat entertaining footage and, you would eventually achieve Copper, but I must say, your K/D and W/L will probably be still high.

Try c4 important walls, dont let others reinforce like garage door in house. Play shit, TK hostage in last rounds etc...

once i got -100 playing 3v5 so idk

one question , why do you want to derank
When i go for beach, (so i get 2 week pause on playing) i give my account access for my friend, who boosted it to platinum. But i shit in platinum so i wont this.
