Just a quick question

I've been banned twice and I was just wondering if anyone knew if R* Had a watchlist for like previously banned people. I was thinking about doing it again for money. if anyone knows please tell me ive been contemplatng it all day.

they kinda have a watchlist there ban system watch ur game play more closely and they changed they ban system if you cheat again ur get perm ban you only get 2 chances now 1st ban you get full player reset as in you loss all money all homes cars guns and lvl 2nd ban perm ban
