So i have a poor PC that can run some of the newest games on low
Now my Question should i buy either a completely new PC or just upgrade some of my stuff
CPU AMD FX-4130
Zambezi 32nm Technology
RAM 16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 937MHz (10-11-10-30)
Motherboard Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. GA-78LMT-S2P (Socket M2)
Graphics 4096MB ATI AMD Radeon R7 240 (MSI)

It depends do you want to play big games such as arma 3 dayz? Or something similar as csgo?

you would have to buy a new pc, the parts you have right now are outdated, especially the motherbaord (which is the most essential part of upgrading) as it is not compatible with most of the new ram and CPU's, so if you were to upgrade, you would have to upgrade everything

You didn't specify your budget...

Get an Intel CPU for gaming, AMD CPUs are sadly garbage when it comes to gaming.

That means a new motherboard, so I'd opt for the Z170 HD3 (Crossfire) or The Z170XP (SLI)

You could grab an i5 6600k or the i7 6700k

For a low-cost GPU with decent performance I'd grab a RX 480 8GB

I have that card on crossfire and it's a beast
You could also opt out for a Single-Dual GTX 1080 if you can afford it.

Build one. Upgrading will mean replacing all your parts

your ram is not too bad though

GTX 1070: Twice as expensive as a RX 480.

1060 doesnt support SLI? why would you go SLI? use the money to buy a 1070 instead,
1070 twice is expensive as 480? no shit, its twice as better, what did you expect?
Crossfire/SLI is still a shit idea on low price cards and having a 1080 or even 1070 i better as in the end you can add a second strong card for a greater amount of power. This covers you in both the short or long term.
