PS3 GTA Modding Question

Hello guys I'm sure their is some sort of tut on how to mod for the GTA PS3 stuff just need a USB and some time to figure out the files etc..

I don't have experience in modding unless it's COD, so my question is could i get banned for modding a account to let's say rank 400 with around 30 million $? my friend has modded all my accounts in the past and none of them have gotten banned not even once, so now i want to try it out because i had to go out a buy a USB to fix my computer's BIOS update so now i have a USB Stick with 16 GB of storage and want to at least use it for something..

My plan is go buy GTA on PS3 again and mod some accounts and then (hopefully) Buy a PS4 and transfer all the data to PS4 because i have not played any of the cool events and biker DLC all that cool stuff on PS4 so i want to make sure i have some cash when i buy a PS4

Any idea if i could get banned? because from my understanding GTA on PS3 really doesn't care about the modding unless you doing some crazy stuff like " Trying to go online with a offline modding menu with other players " i know if you go online the only time you see other players is if they have the same menu as you do but i don't want to do that i just want to mod my own accounts with some cash

1) yes you can get banned
2) transferring to new gen console you will defo get banned now that's if ur luckly enough that r* will let you do it
3) why hell do you keep asking console related questions on p.c part of forum

2: i don't think it will get banned because some " HOW "! i had a PS3 modded account rank 500 with like 400 million and transferred it to XBL1 don't ask me how i have no idea how it's possible either but it's not banned? and i can use the account on PS3 and XBL 1 i can show proof too if needed that it's on both consoles

everything changed after biker dlc have to wait 30 days be4 you can transfer and have to play at least 2 weeks on account to and r* checks account to if they find its been modded it banned and player reset to lvl 1 all money wiped all cars and homes wiped to

He was asking for transfering to PC, so it's related to the PC Part of GTA, i don't understand the Problem here

They can wipe the Character, thats right, but they don't take your Level or anything else except may the Money if you do it by Transfer from old gen.
They can ban the old gen Account, for being against the EULA, but they don't did, yet.

They only wipe the Character to Level x, if you get all this Stuff by modding on PC.
x ist the Value you was before you modded. If you was before Level 50, change the RP Multiplier tuneable too 200000 and do a survival and you are Level 6200+ after this, then you get banned and if you unban again then, you are Level 50 again.
If you modded Money, it doesn't matter how much you had before, you will have 2000 $, every time.
