it's not that hard to do yourself if you get the Fitbit account. I did it in 10 minutes, however I did it over the telephone VS online because online they may want pictures. Even pictures of devices are on this Marketplace if you search. I would be prepared with pics JUST in case you do it online, but furthermore you get a rep that want's proof that your actually holding a Blaze. Best of luck!
