Erm. Reinstall. That's all I can say. You're files are messed up or not loading, I think. I don't know anything else because it's not happening to me.

Can you still enter your user and pass? Are the buttons still functional? If they are its probably just the background that's screwed. If they're not.. Then reinstall CA. Hope i helped..
I've reinstalled 2 times, and I get the same thing. I can't enter my user and pass, and the buttons are just frozen.
