that solved the MSVCP140.dll now it is saying missing api-ms-win-crt-string-l1-1-0.dll and as well as api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing hate to be a pest this is foreign ground for me,

the 2015 setups are failing (your 64bit link above) the 2013 ones were able to setup and that is what changed the error code in my previous response

should all of them be working ? i installed all of them x64 all worked but very last its said set up failed i have the log fileni can show u is it safe to post here to show idk what is contained in the log file like if my ip/personel inf, ect
