Apple.de refundable?

does someone know if apple.de is refundable?

if yes who can do this here?

i just always see usa refunding services.

EU not possible from what I heard. US/CA Only.

There was only one guy that could do spain and uk but he stopped his service.
Idk why ..

i mean this wouldn't be impossible but if you can apply the same principles as .com then i'm pretty sure it could work.

Was told it is possible, just takes a way longer process.
