How hard are refunds on Nike.com? Is it as easy as saying it never came?

They're not impossible but def not as easy as other websites
Too hard to try really. Most often they will want the items(s) back or at best exchange them.
It's do-able but they do investigate though.
there is a thread where one guy did nikem but its hard and it investigated by company and shipping carrier so better try easier companies that sell nike stuff
I have never done nike but theoretically never came should work anywhere.

I've done a Nike ball once. It was very straightforward and easy -- give it a shot. Or as they say, just do it.

They got a fraud departement like adidas,they most likely investigate.
My Nike Air Max 2016 actually were actually faulty, and even before they would talk to me I had to fill out a form, answer questions and then when they saw something actually was wrong with the item I had to send them it back, then I received the refund back.
