Sleep entire program

When I change my ms in the triggerbot to 100ms, the sleep functionen sleeps the entire program.
For example, When in use triggerbot with 100ms delay my glow esp start to flashing.
Is there any kind of #include who can fix this or is there anyone I have forgotten.

Is it your cheat that you coded or are you using someone elses?

I coded it but came into some bugs.

You really didn't give any sort of information. Are you external or internal?

Well, I hope your not using the sleep function for internal and use multiple threads if it is indeed external.

Been over a week since last bump, assuming un-resolved.
