steam support

im so fucking mad at steam support right now, they just helped this guy hijack my account. so this fucker from russia tries to steal my account by changing pw, email, and phone number, so i lock the account and contact steam like anybody would do. some fucking dumbass on steam tech reset my password, didnt change the email, and unlocked the account, so now this russian has my account unrestricted, for almost a month now. http://steamcommunity.com/id/Oston1234/ⓘ

he put it in private mode, changed the name, changed the profile pic, removed all my friends, and i have heard nothing from support since last saturday when the dumbass from steam gave this guy my account.


oh yea, a month ago he got into it and got me banned on BO2, and he got into it again on 11/12/16 and changed everything to make it his.




oh yea, he got into my email and deleted my emails from steam that involved me getting it back too.

@zaxball7711 Hmm i dont know what to say about that but to send another support ticket and just rain down on them.

@zaxball7711 well not being aggressive but you can say things like " i had locked down my account and someone from your support division had unlocked the account giving the guy who hacked onto my account full access"

@zaxball7711 mark that one as solved and create another, unless you want to call steam which i dont even think they even have a number

@zaxball7711 then idk what else to advise but to create a alternate steam account and send a support ticket from there or to fly to gabens house and beg him :l
