I'm currently writing an ebook about all the ins and outs about PayPal, how to stay safe, how to verify it, how to win disputes as seller and buyer etc.

It will be pretty extensive, so what do you think is a fair price?

There are plenty of paypal guides out there, unless yours is super unique with something that thousands of people don't know, you won't get back worth the effort you put in.
