For your security, DO NOT download any outside links such as media fire, mega upload, etc. They are not allowed for a reason, they are only OK to be downloaded from when approved by a staff member. By staff I mean Administrators, Moderators, and minions, NO ONE ELSE.

Yes they do but i never trust outside links or 100- posts except confirmed by high poster

i always request mine + let them be double tested by other members i know personally other should do this too. but hey if its allowed by mods it will be just fine(besides im gona test each and every mod before its approved when im a minion if it happens otherwise i will still do it because some people send those stuff in private or request them.)

Media fire links and the rest of the uplloading sites should get blocked..
